Biography
Hossein Afkhami Rouhani was born in Mashhad in 1970. He received his PhD in Human Resources Management from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and became a faculty member at the Institute for Islamic Studies in Humanities in 2015. His research fields include human resources, human dignity with an Islamic approach, knowledge management and dignity-oriented organizations. Dr. Afkhami Rouhani has been head of the Institute for Islamic Studies in Humanities since 2019. He had also been deputy of the Information and Communication Technology Center and head of the Martyrs and Veterans Office of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. His honors include being the top innovator of Khorasan Razavi Province in the Festival of Innovation, Research and Technology in 2008, the exemplary director of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2004, the top proposer of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2006, and the exemplary expert of the Information, Statistics and Computer Center of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 1999.
